At GroovyGearForBaby.com we value your business and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We will return or exchange an item only if the item is in its original (re-saleable) condition and packaging. Please do not destroy the packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet our minimum requirements. Items that have the outer packaging damaged in any way or missing accessories or packaging materials cannot be accepted for return.
To make a return, contact us within 10 days of receipt by email at email@example.com. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the address to which you should ship the item.

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Groovy Gear For Baby. Once we receive the package, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to certain products. If applicable, we will advise you of this fee when your Return Authorization Number is supplied.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging the item, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
All returns must first obtain a return authorization number (RA #). You can obtain an RA # by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
It is recommended that you send your returns via insured mail to protect your items from damage or loss.
Custom Order Return Policy
In order to cancel a custom order you must notify us within 48 hours of your wish to cancel. After 48 hours a custom item order will be considered to be "in production" and cannot be canceled. Custom order items will be noted as such in the product's description.
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted on custom order items except in the case of a damaged or defective product or incorrect order. Please check your order very carefully at checkout and again upon receipt. Please do not destroy the packing materials. If a custom order is eligible for return based upon above conditions, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by email at email@example.com. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the address to which you should ship the item.

Custom order items will be noted as such in the product's description. All customized or personalized items are FINAL SALE and will not be reimbursed.
If the item ordered is shipped from the manufacturer we will then forward the cancellation request to the appropriate manufacturer. All cancellation requests REQUIRE the manufacturer's explicit confirmation before they are definitively cancelled. Simply requesting cancellation does not mean the order has already been cancelled. Once the cancellation has actually taken place you will then be provided with a confirmation via email. If you do not have email, arrangements will be made to provide you with a copy of the confirmation.
Please note that when you request a cancellation and the item is already in the manufacturer's shipping dept., or has been shipped then we WILL NOT reimburse you for the shipping charges. If the item is in transit you may refuse shipment and it will go back to the manufacturer, and you will save yourself the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Some of the manufacturers do charge a re-stocking fee, which will be also deducted from your credit if you decide to refuse shipment and have the item go back to the manufacturer. The restocking fee will vary depending on the manufacturer. All product cancellations and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
